Senior Technical Community Architect
CurrentSenior Technical Community Architect of the Linux Foundation Networking Umbrella. Responsible for OpenDaylight, Tungsten Fabric, XGVela, ODIM and PNDA Projects.Key Duties:• Prepare and present content for Board meetings and record minutes as needed• Design, organize and manage training & technical tracks at a variety of technical industry events• Track and manage Export requirements• Manage/Coordinate Board Committees such as the Technical Advisory Council, Marketing Advisory Council and Strategic Planning Committee• Set up meetings using collaborative tools (Zoom, WebEx, GoToMeeting and Bluejeans)• Track and manage project mailing lists (Groups.io, Mailman 2) and IRC communications• Coordinate and manage meet-ups and face to face user meetings• Represent The Linux Foundation, OpenDaylight, Tungsten Fabric and PDNA communities at global events• Mentor new contributors, projects, and members on the workings of the various communities• Manage IPR (license review, patent review, trademark review, etc.)• Manage/Coordinate developer wiki content• Work with the various communities to define use cases and create Proof Of Concepts demonstrating value and utility• Aid in managing release process and timeline• Aid community members in collaborating and coordinating their development across organizational, and geographic boundaries• Aid in the creation of content describing OpenDaylight, Tungsten Fabric and PNDA architecture, functionality, performance, and utility to its users
