Key accomplishments: - Was responsible for strategy and management of an annual giving campaign that raised nearly $10 million during my tenure. Managed two successful mergers with other CFC regions, which expanded responsibilities to include four new counties and resulted in an additional $85k in annual gifts to the Pacific Northwest CFC.- Developed and instructed more than 70 federal employee CFC coordinators annually to run onsite giving campaigns at federal offices across the region. Extensive experience in team mentorship, volunteer goal-setting, and strategic outreach to a diverse audience of federal employees. - Designed, monitored, and balanced a yearly operational budget to support the $1.0 million+ annual campaign. Seven consecutive campaigns finished under budget (2010–2016), earning a place in the top five percent of CFCs nationwide for overall lowest administrative and fundraising rates (AFR).- Administered the collection and disbursement of an average of $1.4 million annually to more than 1,300 regional charities.- Achieved a clean audit for three consecutive years (2013–2015), a key accomplishment given extensive oversight of all CFC regions by federal government auditors.- Developed and managed a 3,000+ donor database. Responsible for accurate donor data, expenses, and income.
