Director Of Services, Student Solutions | Product Manager
Current• Direct student solution professional service teams with 35+ direct/indirect reports, spanning seven teams• Responsible for student solution services pricing and Service Management/Medicaid P&L• Lead four adaptive challenge committees to improve company processes• Collaborate with HR to define organizational structure, titles, growth paths, and utilization requirements for student solutions• Aligned implementation and service approaches across 10+ student solutions to create a consistent client experience• Partner with Finance to create unit economics for multiple teams to appropriately plan for resources• Define product and services SKUs, packages, pricing, and approved discounts• Coordinate interdepartmental communication processes between sales, product, support, and implementations• Oversee revenue for all clients, totaling over $200M annually• Regularly present at national conferences and produce content for company site on regulatory and industry knowledge to establish Frontline as a thought leader• Lead internal data integration projects across 10+ company products• Lead design and reproduction of outdated products into new languages• Ship new products from concept to launch using Agile/Scrum methodology• Collaborate with sales to develop annual roadmap and sales strategy
