In this position I work with the operations team to centralize and streamline the pipelines of communication. I outline and implement workflows for content ingest and approval. The primary focus for this position is helping to set up a scalable and efficient operations workflow for Network in a Box that will grow as the company does. NiaB works to launch FAST Channels which includes creating creative interstitial and establishing brand ID. I worked with the CEO to scrutinize and give notes on promotional creative.

"The Sunday Sit" campaign for Sit in the City I developed and formalized the professional relationship with Kim Genkinger at Sit in the City. I thought she had hit on a great product especially coming out of the pandemic. I created a campaign concept and pitch deck focusing on being a tourist in your own city with an emphasis on prioritizing your mental health. Produced, directed and edited the full campaign with the help of an excellent cinematographer. We focused on creating a visual story that felt like a practice than a sales pitch. Then, launched the campaign on social media, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok."Artist Spotlight" spots for The Microsoft Lounge For Microsoft I spearheaded the creation of two documentary spots highlighting artists of color. I produced and managed the logistics of FILMing the two documentaries including maintaining the budget, scheduling, hiring two crews made of mostly female identifying and POC crew.I directed one spot highlighting a director’s first project. I worked with my team to create a piece that highlighted the identity of the subject while keeping consistent with Microsoft’s brand ID. "Nothing is New" series for Tastemade Home“Nothing is New” is an educational and archival social media series that I developed for Tastemade Home. I worked with the head of the department to develop a slate of episodes based on archival research.The series featured high quality photography, historical advertisements and animations that would both educate and engage the audience. This series outperformed expectations reaching a 5.37% engagement rate

I managed the production finance department. With the help of the accounting department we managed AP, Expenses, and Payroll. With the help of the producers at ZED INK we handled budget reconciliation in Procim. Our department managed employee training for all staff on new programs and change management for 12 months and offered continuous mentorship on duties and best practices. I worked on SSPA and digital security. his meant integrating Box, and Frame.io into our archival workflow.I help in creating systems that increase efficiency and productivity across the company. Including new expense systems and creating processes and workflows that eliminate redundancies and minimize repetition.

In this position wearing many hats and balancing stressors was a primary skill. Working with a small team that's part of a larger production meant filling in multiple roles.I worked directly with a cinematographer and made sure their needs were met in an AC capacity as well as in a PA capacity. Managed all releases in open practice and games. Interfaced with the public keeping in mind that I represented the team, the production as well as the NFL organization. Focused on story elements and on the ongoing storylines of the show and the message that is being set. Searched for captivating storylines and situations that motivated a season arc as well as represented the team and organization in a positive way.

Coming into this job the primary focus was office management; managing building maintenance and building repairs and maintaining the inventory of two offices and aiding in any show prep that is requested.Digitized files and upgraded and created systems. One of the largest jobs in this position was creating new workflow systems that made the production teams’ lives easier for going into field production and also building maintenance. Ensured that for every client walking through the door got the best view this company had to offer.

As APOC I helped to run the main office and handle reception. I managed the front desk; all incoming calls from the general line, answering all questions from the general email to the public. Managed the team of production assistants. Streamlined the systems of the front desk and PA management.

Working on the Untitled Transgender Project I managed my own small production team for the documentary series. I worked closely with the creative team to facilitate production. Worked with budgets and production schedules. I was a connector between the creative and management teams helping to achieve goals that were mutually beneficial. I also created travel schedules for crew, clients and talent while making sure that everyone's needs are met for comfort and efficiency while always keeping in mind budgets and overhead.

Worked closely with the production team. Responsibilities range from gear management, set runs, release form management, pre-production and post production work.
