Led organization through CEO transitions, two acquisitions, and a pandemic. Managed all business talent functions including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, Learning and Development, Performance Management, and worked collaboratively with parent company's central shared services HR functions for employee administration and benefits. Additionally, oversaw the evolution of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Communication functions during scaling.
