Working with customers and partners to:• Analyze purchase records and other entitlement information (including contracts, EULAs, EAs, etc.) using vendor and publisher detail• Assist in deploying an enterprise-wide Software Asset Management platform (e.g. SNOW, MAP, etc )• Work with teams to collect and manage SAM related information from customers, and extended contacts• Understand and keep up with, product use rights, license allowances, and contractual entitlements for software products by each manufacturer• Manage projects with customers across the entire SAM life-cycle. This includes producing and presenting intermediate, analytical, and final results and assuring projects are conducted and closed to the satisfaction of all parties• Review all changes to vendor agreements are accurately reflected in SAM as confirmed with License Contract holders.• Create and update software counters for software titles and licenses and participate in Microsoft SAM engagement and true-up.• Provide expertise in ensuring that software license contracts and agreements, software licenses and software installations and associated linkages are reflected correctly in the ITAM / Software Asset Management platform repository.• Provide expertise to ensure that software license records are linked to the correct hardware device.• Support analysis of new or modified software agreement and maintenance contracts and identifies impact to software counters• Provide software license compliance status reports to org C-Level management • Review software compliance measures based on existing licensing agreements
