I used Net Promoter Score feedback from customers to assess in store customer experience, and was able to bring a high volume site to the top of its area group.In 2018 I was appointed NSW State Event Coordinator, as an additional role to Customer Experience Manager. Here I acted as the first point of contact for events across NSW, as both internal training for team members, and premier events for Dan Murphy's members. I liaised with internal support teams, as well as external vendors, to host exceptional events.
