- Lead design, architecture and development of Project Bids, a C#/WPF desktop application used to sign and encrypt electric bids. - Planning and researching the migration to .NET Core 3.0 and SaaS environment for the future of Project Bids.- Migrated from TFS to AWS CodePipeline for a full CI/CD lifecycle.Collaborated with architects to establish architectural guidelines for the department.- Dockerized Ruby on Rails and Perl applications for local development and planning for containerized architecture.- Built bid archival tool to dump legacy bid files to JSON. Had to reference unbuildable C++ codebase and reverse engineer what I could gather from the source code. - Designed and built a serverless application that takes in list of URLs, zips up the contents, uploads to an S3 bucket all without touching the disk, or using more memory than a single file.- Continued mentorship program and lead two more students to learn real world software development: Project include:⠀⠀• Dockerized Python Flask + React app that was used to to apply filters to images. ⠀⠀• Serverless Vue.js file hosting and searching app. Upon file uploaded, an event would trigger an OCR scan of the file which would populate a DynamoDB table. The user was then able to search their files based on the content of the file.

Core team member of the bidx.com team. This project was a rewrite of legacy web application that was split into 40+ code bases into a single unified code base. This written with a custom in house Perl framework.- Authored major sections of the application: user and session management, attachment uploads, historical bid analysis, client side bid decryption tool, and a PDF plan sheet/blueprint viewer.- Wrote and maintained unit, integration, and functional tests. - Worked closely with business team and operations team throughout development to ensure a successful release.
