Having built two previous executive benefit practices from the ground up, I founded Rouse & Company recognizing today's executive benefit clients crave specialty, objectivity, value, and customization in a growing world of mega-broker generalists. My objective is to bring simplicity to the complex nature of executive benefits, quarterbacking our proven process with planning emphases on executive retention, attracting key talent, ownership transition, long-term incentives, and nonqualified plan audit & remodeling.
