I am currently a student at Central Michigan University planning to graduate in May 2024, with a degree in Health and Physical Education. I currently work at Connect CMU as a customer service representative. With this position, I sit in front of the office and assist customers by activating their new devices (ex. Cell phone) and answer any questions they may have. I started this job on October 2019, and plan to continue it through out my college career. Connect CMU has allowed me to obtain excellent customer service skills, problem solving skills, and technological knowledge . I am also a part of Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society in Education. Being a member of this organization has allowed me to network and gain professional development for my future career.
