I thrive off making connections with people and building genuine relationships. My strong sense of empathy allows me to naturally form bonds with others, to attain understanding, and mutual respect.By using effective communication I'm able to collaborate with a team to accomplish goals. As a natural leader I'm able to unite and empower individuals to become part of a team or family. I'm respectful of others while being able to offer constructive criticism to improve work flow. My ability to embrace constructive criticism as a way to constantly strive to be better is something I'm proud of. By always seeking to learn new things to build on my knowledge and skillset keeps me motivated to be the best at whatever I do. Through the strong relationships I am able to build, I am a great facilitator. Being able to inspire and motivate people is part of my intuition. Instilling confidence in those around me and focusing on "we", not "me" is a big part of what I do in both my personal and professional life.Being part of an organization that is a match between my values and company culture is important to me. As an extrovert I enjoy being able to work directly with people throughout the day. Giving back to a community by being able to meet and understand the needs of the people within it gives me a great sense of meaning and purpose. I love being able to be active throughout the workday and am able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.Finding an employer who can provide flexibility in the work day is a goal for me. I want to be able to be myself and be around others who are able to showcase their personality as well. Having supportive management who allows autonomy is key to my success. Competition drives me and I love being able to outperform those around me. I'm graceful when not being on top, and use it as motivation to learn, grow, and be better in the future. Being humble and having humility are core values of mine, but I am proud of my ability to consistently be placed in leadership roles while performing at or near the top of whatever my focus is.My family is the center of my world. They are always there to provide their love and support regardless of what it is I do. Outside of work my creative passions are snowboarding and music. I always love to teach and share these activities with others, as they truly have been such a positive influence in my life.I hope I was able to share some perspective into who I am and what I can bring to the table.
