Project Manager
CurrentWorking as a Project Manager in T-Systems Nederland’s unit Solutions & Projects. Manage projects of strategic importance for T-Systems customers. Major Activities involved: Contribute to (commercial) business cases and establish a project plan that includes planning, specifications, conditions, costs and project deliverable s, arrange resourcing, organize project team in line with (internal and external) customer requirements, in a way that enables a smooth project execution.Monitor and control the project execution in line with the project plan, ensure continuous insight in project status and intervene when necessary, in order to realize project deliverables as determined in the business case and project plan.Identify and manage relevant project risks, in line with procedures and guidelines and in cooperation with the steering Group, in a way that adequate interventions can be taken and project realization is assured.Collect and analyze relevant project-information and provide reporting to customer and TS management, with respect to project status and deviations to project planning, in line with internal and external customer requirements and guidelines, in a way that information is provided timely and accurate and decisions related to project execution can be made.Deliver project-results in line with internal and external customer requirements and project planning, ensure transfer to customer organization (internal and external) and evaluate project execution and results in cooperation with the sponsor.Define, plan, manage and coordinate assigned (portfolio of) projects or processes, lead and coach team members and ensure execution and delivery, to ensure efficient and effective realization of business goals.
