• Developed and managed system-wide DSRIP reporting strategy: Led the development of a PPS-wide reporting plan, created data-collection templates, identified and implemented data sharing mechanisms, developed a data aggregation approach and introduced a rapid cycle evaluation methodology• Acted as a liaison between the Office of the Chief Information Officer and Northwell Health Solutions to develop project management plans, identify and communicate IT requirements related to value-based programs• Identified approaches to maximize incentive payments for speed and scale commitments, which resulted in an additional $118,000 in DSRIP Year 1 Q2. • Liaised with physician practices and community based organizations to ensure the capture and reporting of quality data: Developed data collection templates, analyzed workflows and worked with EMR vendors to implement modifications to improve data collection• Developed an MS-Access tracking tool for DSRIP deliverables for primary care providers to enable hub-wide performance reporting and the management of downstream providers• Created a new organizational structure to improve the collaboration between IT and Care Management and led the implementation of workgroups to ensure that requirements were communicated effectively to IT groups and that solutions were developed taking into account end user’s needs

Evaluating progress made in access to medicines over the last 30 years and developing a new framework by which access can be measured. This work is done in conjunction with experts from the World Health Organization, Boston University's School of Public Health and The Lancet.- Analyzing over 25 existing health and medicines tools and frameworks- Developing a database of all medicine related indicators- Conceiving a new framework to guide future analysis and evaluation of access to medicines and to inform policy makers of success/areas of improvements and intervention implementation

I helped found the Engineering & Management Commercialization Collaboration (EMCC) which offers MBA students from the School of Management and bio-medical engineering students from the College of Engineering the opportunity to work collaboratively on a commercialization strategy for a medical device aimed for use in resource-limited settings.
