Sudhir Kumar, a CA and C-Level Executive, has varied professional experience across finance and law domains like Fund Raising,Internal Financial Controls, Cash Management and Banking, Corporate Law, Business Forecasting and Taxation, among a host of others. He has worked across a wide industry spectrum in businesses like Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Construction, Telecom, Financial Services, Print Media and Audit & Consulting. He has been a C-level executive for the last 10+ years. He is currently the Managing Director of CNIPL , the holding company for the Corporate Networks International Group. Prior to which he was Group CFO with Asian Oilfield Services Ltd.. He co-led the Company’s foray into international business, through strategic initiatives in geographically diverse markets, in the Middle-east Asia and the Far East Asia. Prior to joining Asian, he was the Group CFO of Alphageo (India) Ltd. Partnering with the Management; he took the Company global into MENA and the CIS, with the Company executing its first international project in Georgia (CIS) during his tenure. Prior to Alphageo he was Associate VP with Maytas Infra Limited for a short period, where he spearheaded many corporate initiatives like Company valuation, financial closure for Infrastructure projects. Prior to that he also held various Key Management positions in the companies like NAC Infrastructure Equipment Ltd (SREI) where he was a key member of the start-up Team for setting up subsidiary companies for the Quippo Group’s Oil & Gas and Telecom business verticals; Magma Fincorp Ltd.wherein he has managed on-tap securitisation, change management, due diligence, ERP implementation, etc.; The Statesman Ltd. and Ernst & Young. He completed his graduation in Commerce, with honors, from St.Xavier’s College, Kolkata, Articleship from PwC and Chartered Accountancy from ICAI, New Delhi. He also holds a Diploma in International Trade from Business Management Association, London.
