Built scalable Java 8 microservices with Spring Boot as part of a distributed system to serve non-profits. Services produced and consumed Rest API and Microsoft Service Bus messages to communicate with other microservices written in Java and C#. These microservices were developed to replace the legacy monolithic application. Delivered gift receipting feature using Spring boot microservices with an Angular UI on Microsoft Azure cloud service. Developed unit and component tests for the micro-services written in Groovy.
