I was asked to evaluate the performance of a franchise formula that included several stores across the Netherlands.Outputs include:- Stakeholder analysis- Evaluating the impact of a new franchise law adopted by Dutch government- Expansion from one to two franchiser-owned stores through the acquisition of one of the franchisees- Guiding the switch from hard franchising to a network of autonomous dealers

Involved in the startup phase of an Insulated Metal Panel plant in Michigan, Grand Rapids. The company ownership already operates production sites for IMP in the Netherlands. A commercial base was established in the USA while the production facility was under construction. During that time, a large volume of product was manufactured and shipped from production sites in the Netherlands to the USA and Canada. My responsibilities included:- Procurement and shipping of IMP from Europe to the USA and Canada- Cost price calculation and pricing - Vendor selection and purchasing of raw materials- Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners- Developing and implementing tools for quoting, production planning, material resource planning
