As a Team Lead, I played a key role in the development process, dedicated to developing team members and efficiently managing our work backlog. An important part of my role involved scaling the team to meet growing demands, a process which culminated in the team’s expansion and my progression to Head of Development.We focused on software development for the core part of our application, balancing the enhancement of existing solutions with the introduction of new features. My role involved ensuring that our team’s efforts were aligned with the company’s objectives, contributing to both maintaining operational standards and advancing our technological capabilities.

As a Developer specializing in C# and React, my role centered around building and enhancing applications with a strong focus on customer needs. I was particularly passionate about exploring new ideas and translating them into innovative solutions that delighted our customers.Collaboration and knowledge-sharing were integral to my approach.
