In 3 months I performed a report with in-depth analysis of the company's different competitive markets, giving suggestions to a future strategy, that could favorise the companys market position. On a volunteer basis I worked alongside my studies at Randers FC, to try my knowledge from the studies in "real life". I also used the company as partner for my master thesis.TASKS:- Resbonsible for the Stadiums Big Screen during the match, regarding marketing, interviews and live-updates. - Coordination of sponsorevents, such as going to a nationalgame and hosting a concert for the volunteer staff. - Newsupdate on the homepage: www.randersfc.dk- Project Development- Market anlysis regarding potenital new business areas- Update of CRM system- Hosting events for the childrens fanclub Randers FC Kids- Management and cooperation with a lot of volunteer staff during matches- VIP Lounge-responsible in regards of time management and staff management, making sure everything goes according to schedule OUTCOME: By working within the field of experience economy I have gained a lot of competences from event management and developing new areas of business, which has contributed to an increase in the company's turnover. By making creative solutions I have contributed to an evolving company that has differentiated themselves from its competitors.
