Global Retail Experience Manager
CurrentAs the Global Retail Experience Manager at Bang & Olufsen, I oversee the set standards for the brand customer experience across the retail customer journey(s) and touchpoint(s). I am responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency and improvements of the delivered customer experience at store, market, and regional levels across the retail customer journey touchpoints. This is done by leading the Bang & Olufsen Retail Experience-program, monitoring the performance and quality of the retail customer journey, working closely with stakeholders to action improvement initiatives both internally and externally and – finally – heading up continuous ad hoc research to understand our retail experience execution.
