Throughout the summer of 2023, I worked as an intern at Atlantic Management in Framingham, Massachusetts. Working closely with developers and property mangers, I aided the company in many of its ongoing investments in the Boston industrial and office markets. Having previously only been involved in residential real estate, I was eager to learn about commercial developments from the incredible knowledge and experience present at Atlantic Management.-Conducted analysis of existing leases on various properties and compiled lease data into one comprehensible and interactive Excel file-Assisted property managers in various tasks across the greater Boston area-Participated in meetings regarding different projects, each in different phases of development -Completed NAIOP's course in commercial development

Throughout the summer of 2022, I worked at TWG Development located in downtown Indianapolis. I worked closely with developers looking to develop market rate multi-family housing across multiple regions of the U.S. Although I mostly worked in the market rate side of multi-family development, I also became familiar with the development of low-income housing tax credit developments as well. The experience I gained relating to both markets gave a strong understanding of the multi-family sphere as well as the development industry as a whole.-Conducted analysis on various real estate markets across the United States, namely cities and suburbs in the Midwest, the east coast and Florida, and Texas-Contacted commercial real estate brokers in many various cities in order to connect them with TWG for new potential land listings-Researched sales comparisons of multi-families with 200+ units for appraisal/underwriting purposes-Underwrote potential new construction multi-family projects of costs up to $70M-Organized information about projects at various stages of development, from underwriting and land acquisition to closing and start of construction-Organized financial information of a portfolio of around 25 actively rented properties across Indiana and other Midwestern states-Aided in the application process for tax credit awards in the state of Indiana for properties in 4 different Indiana cities
