CurrentSean joined SRS with more than fifteen years of experience in commercial real estate. Along with Dan Elliot, he was responsible for leading the net lease group at SVN Commercial Real Estate Advisors. He specializes in the disposition and sale of net leased investment properties across the country and has completed more than 500 transactions with a sales volume in excess of $1 billion. Sean has an extensive client list ranging from private investors to some of the largest U.S. investment funds and international institutional groups. His in depth experience, and product knowledge along with his strong work ethic and attention to detail all contribute to his success. Sean was also consistently ranked as one of the top producers for the company year-after-year and has consistently achieved the highest sales recognition honor from the firm.The SRS National Net Lease Group leverages SRS' brokerage professionals across the U.S. who are primarily focused on retailer representation and institutional retail landlord representation.
