Providing virtual executive assistance and compliance support to the CEO and General Manager Operations

A pretty website is useless if it doesn’t do the one thing it’s supposed to. That is, convert. Because a great colour palette and fancy images alone won’t pay the bills or almond mochaccinos. But a functional, intuitive and high-converting website will. As Principal Executive Officer (AO7) I supported the Senior Executive Director (SED) and Investment and Commissioning branch with high level and confidential support, coordination and management of executive correspondence, Parliamentary requests, media releases, meeting papers, and responses to internal and external stakeholder requests.I led a small team and supported staff to confidently perform their roles, encourage problem solving before escalation and prompt information sharing within the team to build knowledge. I coordinated and interpreted comprehensive and timely advice and responses on sensitive matters and prepared ad hoc correspondence, briefing material, presentations and reports for the SED. I also provided full secretariat support for meetings of senior executives and external stakeholders, completed monthly financial and HR reporting and undertook executive assistant tasks as required.From May 2021 I completed this full-time role in a 0.8 FTE capacity by successfully managing my workload and creating appropriate systems and processes to manage tasks in my absence.
