I head up the Crown Commercial Service’s SME Programme team. My focus is delivering the government’s commitment that one third of spend should go to SMEs by 2022, directly or through the supply chain. I run the programme that delivers on this target by working with departments, Ministers and SMEs. I lead development work on our web service, Contracts.
