I graduated from Australian Christine College November 2022 and have been working full time at Poppy's Chocolate since then. I have gained experience working with an amazing team at Poppy's Chocolate. I have developed excellent customer service skills, administration skills, inventory management skills, decision making skills, and effective communication and organisational skills. I have also had the opportunity to learn how to navigate Xero including entering and approving expenses and processing payroll as well as contribute to new ideas and advancements in the business. I also edit and create photos and videos for the online store and social media accounts. I am looking forward to improving my skill set and being exposed to new experiences and challenges with the Poppy's Chocolate team and customers.
