Responsible for overall rooms revenue for 3 properties in Kananaskis: Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, Mount Kidd Manor and Crosswaters Resort as well as the Kananaskis Nordic Spa. Set rate strategy, forecasting, budgeting and rooms inventory. Also oversee the Reservations Team of 10 employees.

-Responsible for successful,detailed organization and execution of conferences, groups, weddings and Christmas parties at the hotel. -Key Operator for Opera Sales & Catering operating system for the property; responsible for configuration, maintenance and assisting during upgrades to the system. -Accurate forecasting and reporting of catering revenue for the property.-Re-Solicitation of groups to have them return to the property to ensure personal and property revenue goals are achieved.

-Supported the Conference Services Team (6 people) with daily administrative duties, reporting, proposals and contracts-Assisted in successful, detailed organization and execution of small, short term groups-Contracted and booked all Christmas parties at the property

-Responsible for training of new employees in the banquets department on successful service of all functions as well as detailed & accurate set-up of all banquet spaces/events-Ensure staff were trained to work safely within provincial and industry standards & guidelines-Member of Celebrates Committee (Employee Recognition)
