Manager Executive Services plays a crucial role in supporting the CEO and the Senior Management Team (SMT) at SWAMS. This position maintains strong community and stakeholder relationships. Assists in various capacities, ensuring the smooth operation of the organisation and fostering collaborative efforts across departments.

The RDASW Board is a ministerially-appointed body of volunteers with a broad knowledge of the region who meet to set priorities based on demonstrated need.

Provide leadership, facilitate and coordinate the Place & Community Team, Community Development and Engagement, Programs, Grants, Marketing and Library Services. I provide strategic place activation, educational and community services through initiatives and programs. Strategic alignment for funding and tangible impact for our community.

Responsible for the management and coordination of all communications and public relations projects for the organisation including resources, strategy management for promotional campaigns and project, communications for all organisational programs and projects. I managed all e-platforms such as social media, website and portals. In this role, I was responsible for ensuring communications, public relations and campaigns are run according to best practice. I served as a senior advisor to the executive team and CEO, overseeing the strategic management of communications, strategic and traditional public relations initiatives.
