Leading Seaman Combat Systems Operator in the Royal Australian Navy.I have previous experience in FFG, FFH, and LHD platforms and I am currently posted in the Directorate of Navy Culture as an Assistant Culture Program Coordinator. I have a high standard in schedule management and administration work, with the use of Microsoft Office. I can comfortably manage the purchase, delivery, and logistics of materials in support of programs and engagements. I also have skills in facilitation and delivery for face-to-face engagements. Within my current role in the Directorate of Navy Culture, I have been given Leadership skills and training that are highly desired, to promote better culture throughout the workforce, no matter what rank or position I am working with. I have knowledge of the High Functioning Team framework which closely ties with Patrick Lencioni’s ‘Five Dysfunctions of a Team’, additionally I have gained knowledge in Brené Brown’s vulnerability-based trust and try to use all tools I have learned during my time in the RAN to be a great Leader. I have a certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs and a Diploma in Project Management, and currently enrolled in obtaining a Prince 2 qualification.
