UX Researcher, CIBC Digital, CIBC Live LabsI worked as an 8-month User Experience Researcher (co-op stream/internship) under CIBC Digital and its departments at the MaRS Discovery District: Digital Discovery and CIBC Live Labs.I was involved with projects related to re-imagining the interfaces for digital banking products (CIBC Mobile app, CIBC Online web). I contributed towards live and future state features on mobile and desktop platforms.
