I have worked in customer relations or the food & beverage industry for most of my career. I have become proficient at working as part of a team, as well as holding myself accountable while working independently. I'm an invested worker, especially when my work has a direct positive effect on those around me and those I am serving. I function well with all persons I come into contact with, navigating boundaries, needs, and overall desired outcomes. Communicating clearly and concisely is a large portion of what makes me a valuable team member. I set realistic expectations, and delegate or ask for assistance when appropriate. I deeply enjoy seeing the direct results of my work and efforts. The best way to make my day is to give me thoughtful feedback on how to best meet the needs of the project or group. Knowing my role and function allows me to move through my work with purpose and clarity. I'm a versatile worker. Whether sitting at a desk or moving on my feet all day, I stay focused and prioritize my objectives. While fully capable of managing high level communications and corporate needs in a professional manner, I always enjoy a chance to get my hands dirty as well.
