As Editor-in-chief of the Bayou Review I created and executed the layout for the issues, edited content from contributors, supervised interns, collaborated with other editors for the final layout, boosted social media presence, and hosted reading events at different venues on behalf of the magazine

As poetry editor, I evaluated submissions for publication. I also collaborated with the editor-in-chief to create the final layout and I supervised interns that were assigned to my genre. I moved on to Editor-in-Chief after this term.
