I'm a positive upbeat person who enjoys meeting/being around people. My passion is to train and develop those around me, nothing is more rewarding than being able to promote someone and watch them grow. I love clothes, dressing up and putting my best foot forward! In my retail career, I have opened and closed a combined 15 stores and have had a hand in promoting 10 people. Each store opening I was in charge of recruiting, hiring and training staff. During my time at GUESS? I had the pleasure of working in four different stores as manager/training help and with True Religion I have done the same in five different stores. Most of retail career I have been a manager and have enjoyed every minute of it. My first retail job was at Guess By Marciano where I was a sales associate for only five months. That store closed two months after my promotion and I was the only manager who was kept on with the company. With True Relgion I won multiple awards for driving results/KPI's in both the district and the region. I was also a district lead for payroll and lead payroll conference calls weekly. Michale Kors I had the pleasure of staffing and big volume store for the holidays and hand a hand in training the team. I was also able to recruit and hire two managers during my time there. Was always a leader in personal sales and KPI's in our district.

    I was recruited to come to this company, although I was not unhappy where I was at prior. I decided to come to Stuart Weitzman, because "people work for people" and I had a great director of stores I had worked with in my past. Coming into this location we had a set of challenges with it being a new location to the mall and lack of marketing. I was able to work with the mall management to help get our name out there. I also developed a client program to help get our client business together, so we could drive our own traffic. - Generated get conversion results. When I came into this location we were running a 4% monthly, after 1 month of me being there we were running a 8%. - Generated a client program in order to drive our own traffic and lift KPI's and sales. - Had a 0% shrink, one of the best stores in the whole company.
