is preparing for an impending audit in June. I am contracted to write contextual workplace assessments for their Cert III, IV and Diploma units that are currently being delivered to students who are working in the Aged Care sector. This project entails working through the 70 units on their scope and ensuring all manuals and workbooks, Delivery guides, Assessment guides, mapping documents and mentor reports are perfect and their paperwork is compliant.

I wrote online help screens for the S.A.P. accounting and the Calista HR systems that have been customised to suit Monash University's installation of SAP. This included meeting the regular administrative users of SAP, learning their routines and then creating Help screens for new users to follow these processes. I regularly created and embedded Captivate clips for ease of demonstration and publishing HTML code ready for upload, working as part of the team and on solo projects.

Australia's leading supplier of Insurance Broking software, I was charged with the project of migrating 300 customer's databases from the DOS version to Windows/ SQL based software. I wrote the technical procedures manuals for customers to successfully roll their databases into the SQL framework. I also prepared and tested ledgers for MYOB before clients got in house facilities.
