As someone who was globally raised, spending my early life in India, Ghana, Malawi, Sri Lanka, England and now America, my life has always had a flair of the unusual. I knew when joining the workforce I needed to find career that would quench my thirst for excitement. Social media content creation has been my passion for the last 7 years. I've gone from being completely self employed, learning photography, imaging and video editing and the basics of marketing strategy to being signed as a full time influencer to Slash Management. Throughout my career I've learned skills such as using editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Procreate, and iMovie. I've learned how to thrive and adapt in collaborative and creative environments, working from inside my own bedroom to Hollywood sets. Through growing an audience of 185 thousand people across all platforms I have a thorough understanding of social media, upcoming trends, niche communities, following demographics and brand / influencer relationships. As a public figure, model and self taught make up artist I've continued to excerise punctuality and professionalism while working on set environments. Following instruction, style direction and taking criticism have become second nature to me to provide the client with an accurate portrayal of their vision. I've achieved a mastery in color matching foundation, skin base application, contour and highlighting techniques on all complexions and skin type along with proficiency in eyeshadow, eyeliner, lash and wig application. My relationship with bands and receiving PR has given me the chance to gain knowledge of a vast variety of make up products, hair care, western skincare and traditional Ayurvedic wellness. I've developed an interest in special FX makeup such as blood, prosthetics and full body paint. My associates degree in art history has helped me gain a context in my career. I gained experience and education in graphic design, digital illustration, drawing, painting, sculpting and digital photography. I have a sound understanding of studio art basics such as color theory, techniques with working with color, rules of perspective, knowledge of golden properties and composition. I'm proud to hold a diverse knowledge of Art History, general history, culture and religion through ancient to modern times and the significance that different styles, artists and time periods play. I'm thrilled to learn and grow into the industry and continue to pursue my creative vision.
