I have owned and operated financial planning businesses for over 28 years. Over this time I've watched clients become frustrated with the lack of interactions between financial planners, accountants and solicitors, and the vast difference in the quality of advice provided by individual advisers. A few years ago I had the opportunity to rebuilt my business from the ground up, carefully selecting a highly educated, compassionate, ethical and driven specialist team, who are all as passionate about the industry as I am. We are driven to simplifying the process for clients when it comes to working with multiple professions. Our concept is to bring all the professions into the same room, listen to the client’s story, concerns and frustrations; ask questions, then collaborate. About four years ago I had the opportunity to create a specialty team in the Aged Care advice space, where we apply our expertise to solving the growing problem in this complex area.Our approach removes the huge burden from our clients, as we liaise with services such as Centrelink, Department of Human Services and My Aged Care on their behalf.
