Process invoice, accounts receivable reconciliation, BAS and payroll

Actively working with both public and private companies in managing their bookkeeping and administration. Assisted Cicero’s finance team with daily admin processes whilst collaborating with clientele regarding business and marketing requirements inclusive of website and social media management.

Duties: Handling of cash and EFTPOS, POS management, end of day banking duties, handling bank deposit bags, informing customers of special promotions, answering phone enquiries, managing stock intake, supervising the store Skills Developed: Effective task management, conflict management skills, maintaining strong and positive customer contacts, cross-cultural communication, ability to work in a team work environment, to work independently as a supervisor, maintaining maturity and professionalism in situations of conflict or discrepancies. I had also received a 5 Years of Service Certificate before my departure in December 2019.

I worked closely with CEO Shaheen Hughes in launching the HumanKind 2020 project - a project aimed at children particularly from disadvantaged or vulnerable backgrounds. My role involved working with the Burmese Chin refugee community and building information and resources for the HumanKind 2020 website for its launch date, Researching, Liaising with stakeholders, Event Planning for the Screenwest launch at Yagan Square, and proposing Grant Applications.
