I worked with technology to help automate operations and improve efficiencies and tracking of lifeguards and pool operations through use of unified systems. This included: tracking lifeguard certifications and training, expiration dates, age, employee profile with disciplinary issues, work history, etc. I wrote up proposals for pool maintenance and repairs. Using Quickbooks, I created and sent out invoices, processed account receivable payments, ran late payment reports, and followed up with customers. I created manuals and learning material for office and pool processes. Additionally, I assisted in other office activities as necessary and made recommendations for improvement.
