Worked with all levels of Grace staff, internal and external, to integrate applications into Providence domain. --Lead server forensics on over 1000 servers to identify applications and owners for migration planning off Nutanix infrastructure.--Evaluated applications for Windows 10 compatibility and came up with solutions for compatibility. --Created and implemented a critical application recovery and disaster recovery plan for the main IT ticketing system for Washington State Swedish Health Services, which prevented a major loss of data and customer service when the application failed.--Resolved ongoing patient safety issue by successfully bringing necessary leaders to the table to get the Swedish Spacelabs upgrade underway. Project required careful negotiation between IS teams, Biomed and business leadership. Handed off the project when transitioned to Portfolio Lead Role (2016-2017). --Worked with the Sunset Team to assist in creating a new sunset process in the beginning of the Providence and Swedish integration. --Provided interim management of clinical, business, and custom applications and interfaces as necessary belonging to all Swedish Edmonds service lines at the time of the merger between Stevens Hospital and Swedish. Continued working with various Swedish departments to transfer or sunset applications.

--Designed SQL reporting server and database to merge data from multiple applications, including main health information system (HIS), surgery and medical records software; enabled ability to pull data from multiple applications into one file or report. Resulted in faster and more accurate data trending and reporting. This was used until early 2016.--Designed SQL reporting of outpatient core measures to meet JHACO hospital accreditation and Medicare compliance standards; created patient satisfaction reports to meet federal HCAHPS rules.
