Being part of a growing company I learned skills adjacent to my role, with a heavy emphasis on query languages and reporting tools. I got the opportunity to innovate and design new projects and products, and learned the skills needed to bring them to fruition. I gained a great deal of insight into call-centres, and working with government departments.

I had the opportunity to publish several smaller works (later collated in Rappan Athuk Expansions Volume 1) and Lords of the Night, released in 2015. While this was a fun project, it was a massive undertaking. It was the perfect opportunity to learn the value of constructive criticism, as I had to repeatedly polish an idea until it shined. The end result was a book that I'm proud of, and the skills needed to see a large project through to completion.
