• Responsible for coordinating all meetings and managing complex calendars
• Coordinate domestic and international travel for consultants, clients and candidates
• Point of contact for all candidates and clients – i.e. book conference rooms, videoconferences and manage all aspects of interview process; in house and off site
• Create and distribute client facing reports, pitch books and marketing pieces
• Extensive experience with CRM databases; responsible for running status reports, entering client/candidate information and syncing Outlook appointments
