The Senior Conference Support Specialist uses fully developed skills to provide quality service tocustomers by leading and coordinating both basic and large, complex conferences, answering incomingclient lines, handling their requests, and moving them to the proper service location or audio conferencecall. Independently coordinates and manages their full events, monitors technical equipment, and manages post administrative duties for events. The Senior Specialist provides support to high level executives and professionals on a daily basis and is well prepared, confident, and multi-tasks while maintaining high quality customer service. The Senior Specialist acts proactively to solve last minute technical, event planning, or event coordination issues. The Senior Specialist also presents a professional demeanor at all times towards clients, other associates, and management; and uses leadership and teamwork skills to lead peers in successful execution of client conferences.

I started out as a technical specialist, helping customers that called in troubleshoot their phones or portable devices. I would walk the customer through step by step in how to fix their device to be able to use it how they wanted to again. Later, I moved to a new role of Team Expert, that consisted of helping the customers with their devices, but also with them with questions on their bill or plan.
