I am a dedicated professional with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from Edgewood College currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, with the goal of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). My focus is on supporting individuals and families through the perinatal period and key family transitions, with a deep passion for health and maternal equity.I have played a key role in advancing maternal health programs, such as helping to launch Dane County WIC’s Breastfeeding Peer Counselor and Buddy Program. With a decade of experience supporting young parents partnered with my background in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and certification in LGBTQ Allyship from Lakeland University enable me to create an inclusive, supportive space for all families. I am also pursuing certification as a lactation counselor through the Healthy Children’s Project, furthering my expertise in maternal and infant health.As the founder and sole owner of Honey + Hive Doula Collective, I offer comprehensive birth and postpartum services and am working to expand my practice. My passion for maternal health equity and inclusive care drives me to provide evidence-based, compassionate support that empowers families through some of life’s most significant transitions.
