My role as a Digital Producer focused on the day-to-day management of digital production, delivery and execution. I was focused on taking briefs, project managing, liaising with key stakeholders and delivering to brief across the following key areas: website assets across the homepage, brand pages and any subsequent pages, email, lookbooks, new campaigns, promotions, sales and promocodes. I would then code these assets out and update the website in line with campaigns.I also handled the building and sending of eDM's, weekly and monthly analysis and reporting to management and was involved with campaign creation from the initial concept to the final execution on the website. As a retailer, it was a fast-paced and exciting role where the ability to work and deliver on tights turnaround times with ever changing campaigns and products was highly valued.

Summary: Managing the web products, content, marketing strategy and subsequent data analysis for a large B2C Australian and International furniture retailer.One of my main roles at Early settler was using tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, Webmaster Tools and Google Adwords to track and analyse the health of our website, monitor campaigns. During my time in this role I became highly experienced in the CMS platform Magento; using this software to sync, fill and publish products as well as configuring POS aspects and keeping track of sales and product trends. To track product launches, campaigns and catalogues I would tag elements using GTM I would report my findings on TVC, products and website In my time at Early Settler I oversaw the strategy, implementation, testing and launch of two new websites and doubled not only traffic to the site but also revenue, seeing measurable results from my efforts has been completely rewarding and has increased confidence in my skill set.- Weekly tracking and analysis of the AU and NZ websites, collating data in Excel spreadsheets and reporting on my findings.- Monthly board reports on both AU and NZ websites including tracking the results of marketing campaigns including; Adword campaigns, EDM drops, TVC, catalogue launches – both print and online, new product launches and new range launches.- Working with the photography department and agencies to gather photography of new and existing products, resizing, retouching and ensuring images were consistent and web friendly.- In depth knowledge of Magento platform, from syncing products, creating and uploading content, configuring payment systems to adding and testing plugins.- Management of the design aspects of the website, from banners, new pages and the homepage. - Creation and management of the Early Settler blog from the initial idea to visual elements. This was updated weekly.

Summary: Managing a diversity of clients in an end to end fulfilment process to create a measurable digital presence that resonated with the advertisers brand strategy. My role was within the Online Production graphic design team for Yellow Pages. Working to strict deadlines and recorded KPI's, I handled a wide range of clients to create content across all divisions of the end to end-to-end process; Generating the online advertising listing, composing and editing copy against briefs provided by sales consultants, creation of digital design components through to final proof reading and quality checks.

I believe my time as a therapist planted the seeds of investigation, the issues in a clients body had to be found and sometimes not in the most obvious place, back pain could be related to tightness and obstruction in the hamstrings. It is the same for content and data, issues with website traffic, revenue, engagement etc may be more complex and not caused by an obvious, at first glance, factor or factors. I enjoy investigating all the components that make up a functional, healthy and creative website.
