About Cassandra E. Garza, M.Ed.

I have 12 years of experience working with children and young adults with special needs. I started my career in Speech Therapy, but when I realized I wanted to make a greater impact on child development, I transitioned to special education. I served as bilingual special education teacher working with students that had complex learning needs and also learning English. This led me into a coaching role where I supported SPED teachers across Austin ISD. Now, I have the opportunity to make an even bigger impact on learning by giving teachers the tools they need to deliver effective instruction to students of all abilities. Here at Goalbook, we empower educators to support ALL their students so they can succeed.
