-Maintain, enhance, and monitor databases and online products and features, ensuring the ongoing availability of data systems both online and offline.-Operation of editorial tools, interaction with multiple platforms, research of system and data issues, and resolving data problems with assistance from other production, technical, support teams, and others as needed.-Research and verify specific sections of credit reports as part of employment screening for government agencies.-Perform necessary research on public record information for the completion of customer-received orders. For orders not completed in-house, coordinate efforts with 3rd party resources and monitor progress until orders are complete.-Daily review of outstanding 3rd party requests including verification that completed requests contain the proper sections and formatting before results are sent back to the customer.-Perform regular audits of public record verification system and other data service systems and deliverables to ensure proper operation and data integrity.-Assist with the development and delivery of training for product and product deliverables for both internal and external customers.-Identify, develop and manage contractual, technical and consulting relationships with strategic partners and providers, industry groups, internal/external customers, consultants, subsidiaries, other Reed Elsevier companies.

-Responsible for coordinating the acquisition of public record data from teams of independent contractors.-Manage activities in assigned territories ensuring effectiveness, accuracy, efficiency and alignment with customer requirements such as quality, timeliness, etc.-Develop reports/documentation, identify trends, perform analysis (such as production projections/results, volume, frequency, historical information, revenue, audits, etc.), identify and develop action plans (i.e. in areas such as production, cost, automation, etc.) and present findings/recommendations to management.-Coordinating public record services and strategies including recruitment, certification, and coordination of independent contractor resources.-Discovering alternative acquisition methods; contract fulfillment; and court relations.-Develop and negotiate contract terms such as piece rates/etc.; coordinate payment processing with accounts ensuring proper payment for each relevant record collected. Responsible for managing costs in assigned territories such as identifying opportunities for efficiencies, reductions, etc.-Build and maintain relationships and collaborate effectively with various departments (such as data acquisition/verification, operations support, client services, information technology, accounting, etc.) to ensure service levels are met in assigned territories.
