I guide clients through the mortgage process and help them decide which loan best fits their needs.As a loan processor I assist other mortgage consultants with their needs in order to get loans closed. I am the go to contact for the mortgage consultant, the lender and the title company to ensure each loan moves smoothly throughout the process. I work with the files from start to finish from creating initial RESPA disclosures, preparing the files for underwriting which includes but not limited to ordering title, payoffs, subornations, homeowners insurance, completing verifications of employment and figuring accurate calculations for loan amounts, income, etc. I handle submissions to the lender, managing files throughout the underwriting process, scheduling for closings between all parties involved, and closing each file out when complete.
