Teaching Kinder-Gym and beginner level gymnastics classes, planning and teaching classes to improve children's balance, coordination, and strength.

Managed a group of up to 6 kids between ages 4-7, all of whom have been diagnosed with autism, ADHD, anxiety, or other learning and behavior disabilities. Utilized Quest’s therapy model to actively improve children’s behavior and mindsets, allowing them to be more independent and decrease aggressive behaviors. This was done through collaborative goal setting including child and parents, implementing these goals throughout daily activities and interactions.

Taught classes for kids ages from ages 2-13 with varying skill levels, creating lesson plans and workouts to improve balance, coordination, and advance gymnastics skills. Maintained a safe environment for all children and families at birthday parties, gym rentals, and day camps.

Managed groups of up to 10 kids from preschool to 2nd grade, ensuring everyone’s safety and wellbeing as we transitioned between classrooms and activities. Provided assistance to the camp director with administrative duties and in any classrooms that needed additional help to ensure that camp ran smoothly throughout the day.

Led recreational classes for up to 15 kids, teaching them skills to improve their soccer abilities. Established an environment where safety was emphasized, and kids learned how to effectively and kindly interact with peers on their team, while building their gross motor skills. Developed and followed lesson plans designed to keep the kids engaged and grow their fundamental soccer skills.
