Mission: - Assist in-house lawyers in their day-to-day activities- Carry out legal research, mainly in contract law, international business law, intellectual property, corporate law- Produce draft clauses or legal memorandums, reviewing contracts- Draft standard documents- Negotiation of contracts - Draft contracts

In charge of the drafting of legal documents as annual reports, reports of general assemblies, acts related to asset disposal as well as to the constitution of companies.

The law firm is specialized in civil liability, law of contract and immigration. During this internship, my work consisted in drafting lease agreements (civil and commercial), affidavits.I also had the opportunity to take care of cases relative to the immigration and to victims' compensation of traffic accidents.
