I am an experienced Executive Manager with over 20 years of experience in varied technologies and industries. I am a loyal, committed and resilient individual, energised by leading change through technology enablement with amazing products and people. With a passion for geography, data and technology it was a natural fit to start my career in the geospatial industry. My success as the General Manager was a result of my ability to communicate, lead and engage people on the journey for change.As General Manager I changed the culture, introduced new approaches including Agile and Lean Production across the business, brought new products to market and built a collaborative team focused environment. The business was faced with changes from Government policy that saw the most saleable asset suddenly available for free. As a problem solver I took the negatives and turned them into positives and built and maintained a profitable business. Thought my experience I recognise team collaboration and fostering learning a environment where groups can learn from mistakes produces highperforming teams who thrive and deliver outstanding results.I am excited to now be with a business where I can lead teams and drive change so staff and businesses can deliver more than they thought possible through data and technology.
