My journey began at UMBC, where I graduated from the Undergraduate Psychology program in 2022. I was driven by a desire to delve deep into the complexities of the human mind and spirit. Working with youth early on, I discovered the power of genuine connection—how listening intently and communicating effectively could transform a group of individuals into a compassionate, motivated, and thoughtful team. This experience ignited my passion for projects that blend creativity with continuous learning, fueling my desire to keep growing personally and professionally. At Expedition Technology (EXP), I’ve taken these lessons to heart. My role here isn’t just about filling positions; it’s about crafting meaningful career paths for our team members and forging lifelong connections. With a blend of time management, research, and event planning skills, I work closely with stakeholders and talent alike, ensuring that our hiring process is as rewarding for them as it is essential for us.I’m currently pursuing a master’s degree in marketing at Johns Hopkins University (JHU). Fascinated by the intersection of marketing and Talent Acquisition (TA), I am eager to explore how the technologies that attract and engage consumers can be adapted to connect with the next generation of talent.
