Operations Manager
Current• Demonstrate an elevated level of customer satisfaction from attention to customer needs along with a high level of responsiveness• Manage end-to-end delivery of 15 – 20 events each year of varying size, format, and complexity across a range of geographies• Drive and lead venue selection, negotiate contracts and date choices• Develop creative solutions for new event revenue streams• Source, negotiate with and contract with suppliers and venues• Liaise with venues and suppliers about event requirements• Compile relevant information for clients to include, but not limited to, clear instructions on submitting required materials to us, access times on the day of the event, venue information, virtual event platform information• Sponsor fulfilment for events• Sign off on event signage and other collateral and materials• Organize staffing plans and requirements for each event to include task allocation, travel and accommodation booking• Create, update, and forecast the event budgets during the planning phase of the event
